1. Please note we are unable to allow any guests to accompany you in the studio due to the nature and location of our services. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
2. Booking lash refills in our online booking system is for current clients only. Refills are booked based on the number of weeks you’ve had your set. We give a 3 day grace period so if you are at 2 weeks and 3 days, it is a 2 week fill. If you are at 2 weeks and 4 days, it is a 3 week fill. Should you book a refill slot and do not have a set from JAC & James, or it is for the wrong week number, the appointment may be cancelled with the date being released.
3. Refills require at least 40% of the lash extensions intact. Regardless of the amount of weeks that have passed, if the set is less than 40%, the cost of a full set will be charged at the appointment.
We understand things happen! However, in order to manage our time, if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your procedure your appointment will be subject to cancellation to ensure we are not inconveniencing the clients after your scheduled time.
For appointments for full sets, if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time or there is a no-show, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking and will not be charged unless the aforementioned occurs.
For appointments for refills, if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time or there is a no-show, you will be required to pay 50% of your missed service before scheduling for a new appointment.
Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable if you arrive late for scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading deposit. All Microblading deposits are non-refundable.
Refund Policy (Lashes)
If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If we can fix the issue, a complimentary 30 minute touch up can be done. Any concerns addressed after the 72 hours of your last appointment or failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions, a regular refill or full set will be required.
After Hours Appointments
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
We currently accept cash, all major credit cards, and EMT. If paying by EMT, this must be done prior to arriving at your appointment.
